Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). Your order is secure using the latest SSL techonology and your details are never shared with any 3rd party. Our payment processor MyGate is the industry leader in South Africa and will ensure all transactions are 100% safe and secure.
How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.
Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
A. To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.
How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen and you will receive a receipt email from Vstore detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order.
What are your payment options?
A. We accept 2 types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), as well as EFT and and Purchase Orders (P.O.) from incorporated organizations.
What is your returns policy?
A. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our Customer Service department at 051-430-3321 to obtain an approval number. Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are marked or otherwise damaged.
Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned book so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it using a courier. Returns must be sent postpaid to:

A. Coupon Codes are only for bulk buyers, you can ignore this field if you do not have a Coupon Code, leave this space blank.
How much will it cost to ship a product?
A. Some brands have free shipping, some product have free shipping if you order over a certain order value.
Shipping prices will be automatically calculated once you add you items to the “Shopping Cart” and you have entered your address and postal code.
I forgot my password.
A. Sure thing! If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD? link on the “Sign In” page. We will then email you a link where you can reset a new password. You will be given three chances to enter the correct password, after which your profile will be locked. If this happens, you will need to contact us and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Do I need to register to shop online?
A. Yes, you will need to register an online shopping profile, this will make your online experience more personal and convenient. If you are not ready to create an online profile, you may select the Guest Checkout option. In this case, you will not be required to enter any of your personal details, except for the minimum amount of information we require to deliver your purchase and stay in contact with you. After you have completed your first guest checkout, you will need to create an online shopping profile for any future purch
What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
A. The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to Vstore, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.
Where is my order?
A. As soon as payment has cleared in our accounts we will dispatch your order including free delivery. The delivery will normally take 2-3 days after the payment has cleared. How to shop?
A. Here at Vstore we have designed our web store to ensure you have an easy, safe shopping experience. Once you have found a product you are interested in then please click ‘add to cart’ and continue shopping following the same process for all of the products you would like to purchase. In the top right corner of the website you can view your current ‘cart’ and once you have added all the relevant items then simply click ‘checkout’ and follow the secure payment process. It’s as easy as that, once we have received your payment we will dispatch your orders with Free Delivery to anywhere in South Africa.
A. Currently, we offer Free shipping in Bloemfontein and for orders of R5000 and greater, when ordered through Vstore, to anywhere in South Africa. On the checkout page you will have the option to add you delivery address details with any special comments you need to add. If you’re not eligible for free delivery the amount will be calculated when you enter your address. You should receive your order in 2-3 days of receipt of payment.
